For the past one and a half years, I’ve been carefully curating a collection of hand-made Korean ceramics. Each piece comes from local markets and small workshops, created by artisans who focus on simple, functional design. The ceramics carry the natural variations of hand work. Slight differences in shape, texture, and glaze that make each item individual. After months of selecting and assembling this collection, it is ready for its first season drop.
To mark the winter season and the spirit of giving, I’ve added a few more items from Korea. From the Boseong green tea fields, I brought teas known for their clean taste and rooted heritage. From the wide pine forests, I sourced pine needles and wrapped them in cotton bags to create a natural, calming scent.
VELD is built on a commitment to thoughtful sourcing, quality, and transparency. Each item reflects the places it comes from: the markets where the ceramics were found, the quiet rows of tea bushes in Boseong, and the forests where the pine needles are sourced from. My goal is to offer pieces that feel honest, practical, and quietly beautiful.
This first winter collection brings together these elements in a simple, curated selection meant to add comfort and grounding to everyday routines.
