Tea Cup Set - Blush Speckle (set of two)

Two hand-made tea cups from a small workshop in Seoul. The glaze is soft white fading into blush, scattered with fine pink speckle: a result of the firing process, where minerals in the glaze bloom into colour under heat. In Korean ceramic tradition this effect is known as 요변 (yobyeon), meaning a transformation that happens in the kiln. Something the maker sets in motion but cannot fully control. Each set carries that unpredictability. The speckle falls differently on every cup, making each pair its own.

Small irregularities may appear. These are marks of how it was made.

Care: Hand wash only. Avoid sudden temperature changes. 

Packaging: Each set is carefully wrapped. We reuse packaging materials wherever possible.
